Workshops
BOOK RISK FREE: If you need to cancel your place on a workshops please let me know ASAP by emailing studio@lauramenzies.co.uk and a full reimbursement will be made to the original payment method you used to purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If can cancellations are made within 7 days of the workshop, a refund won’t be possible, but you can transfer the full value to join me on another workshop or request a gift voucher which can be used towards an artwork or product. If I have a waitlist and can re-sell your ticket then a full refund will be issued.
Should I need to cancel the course myself (due to unforseen circumstances or not having the required number to run), I will aim to give as much notice as possible. You will be offered an alternative course date or refund.
Physical Artworks
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement. If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase please let me know by email at studio@lauramenzies.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. You must then return the unwanted item in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return. Once it’s approved, the money will then be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your debit/credit card statement.
It is strongly advised that you to use a recorded delivery service or obtain a Certificate of Posting as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches me. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Orders
All artwork is carefully packaged and wrapped, but in the unlikely event that a piece becomes damaged in transit please email studio@lauramenzies.co.uk along with a photograph of the piece/package. Please also state the nature of the defect and let me know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
Liability
I cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. under your recycling box).
